An intense , beautiful work with exhaustive detail.
I know the image is a rescue, but it could be fun to tell it a different way: this illustrates the 10,000 days of teenage angst, where the savy mother of the girl shuts the escape portal with the magical words "Back to your room young lady!" And the boyfriend as would-be rescuer will have to leave without her, leaving her to the "dungeon" of life as an affluent teenager trapped at, sigh, home.
It is just a thought now, that art might be used to reach out to disoriented youth who are considering living the life of a run away, not knowing the tragic torments that are very possible in many societies around the world.
